General Information
TBC strives to provide students the best possible opportunity to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for the pursuit of a rewarding career in cosmetology. Throughout the educational process at TBC, students are encouraged to develop a sense of private and public responsibility needed to be a successful professional in today’s working world.
Completion of the Cosmetology program requires 1500 clock hours. All programs at TBC are based on clock hours. This differs from traditional schools that are based on credit hours. On a daily basis, students clock in and clock out, just as if they are at a job. Once clocked in, students attend theory class and partake in practicals. Students also have opportunities for clinic floor experience with real customers.
You are welcome to learn about our school, which includes taking a tour of all of its facilities, and then decide whether or not you choose TBC as a learning institution. All functions performed in relation to Admissions are free and do not obligate prospective students to enroll. If in the process of making your decision, you want to bring a family member or trusted friend to take a tour of our campus, we welcome you to do so.
